Content of the power of attorney

I herewith grant power of attorney to
all legal advisors of AsyLex, in particular attorney-at-law Lea Hungerbuehler, Cora Schmid and Tanja Coskun-Ivanovic,
in my asylum procedure and in proceedings under the law on foreign nationals as well as in social welfare matters, including any representation towards authorities and in front of courts, the submission of requests, applications, appeals and other written or oral submissions as well as any other actions for the safeguard of my interests in connection with such proceedings in Switzerland or abroad, including criminal proceedings. The representatives may appoint a substitute with the execution of the actions derived from this power of attorney (substitution). The principal herewith releases his / her doctors and other medical staff (including psychologists) from their confidentiality duty towards the representatives and substitutes. The principal herewith confirms that he/she has read and understood the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy of AsyLex and agrees with them.

This power of attorney is valid for an unlimited duration and can be withdrawn at any time.
