The Academy brings together refugees, lawyers, and civil society to build knowledge and skills together. Open to volunteers, practitioners, and anyone interested in asylum law and migration politics.
Originally created to equip AsyLex volunteers with a fundamental understanding of Swiss asylum procedure, the Academy has grown into a public educational programme. We believe that true, lasting change comes from sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and using our direct experience to advocate for a fairer system for all.
This pillar is about creating a powerful feedback loop: our legal work informs our advocacy, and our community-based learning strengthens our ability to provide effective support.
